What happen's in our day here...
Each school day at The Hall School Nursery runs from 8:45 am – 3:15 pm, with wraparound care available from 8:00 am – 5:30 pm for families who need additional hours.
Our day begins at 8:00 am with our popular Breakfast Club. Children enjoy a buffet-style breakfast with a variety of cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts, and toast, alongside a weekly rotation of treats such as pancakes, croissants, or crumpets. Water and milk are available throughout the session. Breakfast is served until 8:30 am, ready for us to welcome the rest of our pupils for the start of the school day.
Children then head into their classes with their teachers, ready for a fun-filled day of learning, discovery, and play, with lots of exciting activities planned throughout the day.
At 10:00 am, the children enjoy their morning snack with water, and milk is also available if desired. Parents are welcome to provide a healthy snack from home, or we can provide a lovely fresh fruit snack here for your child to enjoy, with a different selection of fruits offered each week.
At 11:45 am, the children at The Hall School Nursery come together to enjoy their lunch. Afterwards, children who need some rest can settle down for sleep time in our quiet and cosy sleeping area, while the other children continue to enjoy free play and a variety of afternoon activities.
Our school day then comes to an end at 3:15 pm. Children attending our after-school club enjoy a second snack before taking part in fun clubs and activities until 4:30 pm.
We also offer an extended after-school club until 5:30 pm, where children can unwind with quieter activities, stories, and calm play before the nursery closes for the day.
We have recently moved into wonderful new premises, allowing us to expand and provide even more opportunities for our children to learn, play, and grow in a welcoming environment.
